Good habits are hard to develop, hard to maintain, but are easily cast aside. This journal insert is designed to help you be intentional about forming and cultivating habits. List the habits you want to track, then mark the box each day that you complete that habit. At the end of the month, you'll have a clear picture which habits you're keeping and which ones need work.
The bottom of the page has space for noting observations. List your goals and objectives in tracking habits, your findings about yourself, and maybe even a motivational reward if you meet your goals and objectives.
